About Us
Arlie Davidson was raised in western Massachussets at his family resturant
just outside Stockbridge. Stockbrige is the home of Arlo Guthrie, singer of "Alice's Resturant", the nationally known Red Lion Inn as well as
it internationally known, Blantyre.
Arlie was surrounded by the hospitality industry starting at a very young age. He spent much of his time at Arlie's Family Resturant located in Wildcat Springs was run by his mother and his father, Arlie F. Davidson, the current owner of the Chattanooga Sandwich Company. He has recently opened the doors to what has become a lifelong career in the culinary field. He has done everything from waiting tables to washing dishes, bartending to bookkeeping, to his favorite, preparing mulitple course lunches and dinners.
